Key Responsibilities
- This is an individual contributor position in a well established family business.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to the business.
- Engage line managers to understand their manpower requirements, lead recruitment projects and formulate performance management guidelines to develop and retain talent.
- Design employee engagement programs, review compensation and benefits structure to drive retention and loyalty.
- Work with MD to develop an effective sales incentive plan.
- Work with line manager to identify employee training needs, source and appoint training partners.
- Handle HR administrative duties.
The Candidate
- 8 years HR experience in a Generalist capacity.
- University graduate in HR Management discipline or related.
- Understanding of HK Employment Ordinance, legislation and related regulations.
- Strong planning and implementation skills, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Multi-tasking skills and able to work under tight deadline.
- Good command of spoken/written Cantonese and English

Hong Kong (multi-national and English speaking work environment)
