Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing all lead generation and e-marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualise lead generation ideas, format, mediums, channels and timeline.
- Create punchy communication messages in line with the overall campaign objective and in accordance to company guidelines.
- Approach appropriate channel partners for cross-exposure and cost sharing opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and report on ROI.
- Manage and update content on company website, blog, KOL and associated social media platforms (English and Chinese sites).
- Analyse web traffic and online user behaviour, research the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate insights in upcoming campaigns.
- Manage external agencies to ensure project is completed on brief, on time and deliver with quality.
- Coordinate regional/global campaigns as and when required.
The Candidate
- 5 years of digital services, online lead generation and marketing campaigns experience, demonstrated past achievements through examples in the digital marketing field.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business or related disciplines.
- Experience in spearheading and managing digital projects in retail, FMCG, lifestyle, culinary industries.
- Highly in-tune with the digital works and familiar with various social media channels and platforms.
- Proficient in the use of analytics to measure and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns.
- General understanding of marketing and online sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organised, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Good command of written & oral presentation in English.
Work Location
Hong Kong (flexible work arrangement - WFH encouraged!)
