Key Responsibilities
  • A mid-sized luxury business hotel in Beijing has an immediate opening for an Executive Chef position.  The Executive Chef is in charge of all Restaurant Kitchens, including Pastry, Main Kitchen, Team Restaurant Kitchen, Chinese Kitchen, Executive Club Lounge kitchen, Stewarding and occasionally offsite events.
The Candidate
  • 10-15 years as Head of Kitchen or similar capacity in 4/5 Star categoryinternational chain hotel or independent restaurants with high standards, at least 8 years in a leadership position.
  • Good command in English (verbal & written).
  • Work experience in Asia/China is preferred.
