Key Responsibilities
- Motivate the sales team though performance-based recognition, implement good account management practices and counsel productively to reserve deficiencies.
- Grow an active database of accounts with comprehensive profiles, proactively cross-sell group brands globally.
- Direct the coordination of market research, understand the total revenue impact of accounts for better negotiation and yielding opportunities.
- Develop working relationships with Regional Sales Offices and General Sales Agencies to solicit business opportunities.
- Attend overseas sales trips and trade shows in related markets.
- Co-produce and implement competitive pricing and selling strategies.
- Complete the sales and marketing audit on a quarterly basis.
- Report to the Resort General Manager.
The Candidate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate business and plans.
- 8 years of luxury resort/hotel sales, marketing and revenue management experience in Asia/Southeast Asia, in a similar leadership role and has a track record of sales and management success.
- Result oriented, competent in soliciting business to capitalize sales and revenue opportunities.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess professional grooming.
- Fluent in English.
- Degree holder.
