• Cascade the annual targets to each Market Manager.  Assist and coach Market Managers to develop their individual strategic, commercially viable market action plans for the year.
• Hold regular team meetings to review status against plans / targets and provide sourcing expertise, knowledge and guidance as required to correct actions, assist with complex issues or guide commercial implications of any ongoing activities  
• Hold regular individual meetings with team members and provide regular, ongoing feedback, coaching and support to guide and assist with the achievement of their plans and targets.       
• Set and manage individual's personal development needs to assist them to grow their skills, abilities and competencies. Identity and facilitate individual training needs as required required.              
• Facilitate the delivery of training to increase and upgrade the technical and soft skills and competencies of all members of the team.

• Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor geographically disparate teams.
• Sales, Revenue Management, or Account Management experience from the hospitality, aviation, real estate, tourism industry.
• Ability to demonstrate and execute a partnership approach to negotiation and sales.
• IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (with particular focus on manipulating data via Excel pivot) and Internet technologies.
• Extensive experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries, key competitors, industry issues and related technology.
