• This leadership role is responsible for implementing inventory, pricing and revenue management strategies and processes in order to optimise and maximize product competitiveness.
• Work alongside Hotel Contracting Managers to control and enhance commercial campaigns to increase online hotel bookings and revenue.
• Schedule performance review meetings and extranet user trainings for hotel partners to build relationships and promote long term and win-win partnership.
• Manage and coach a small team of Revenue Strategists, develop their knowledge and soft skills.
• Analyse competitors’ activities, product offerings and pricing strategy in the market.  Derive appropriate action plan to maintain brand and product competitiveness. 
• Participate in management meetings, provide update on market activities and team performance.  

• At least 5 years of relevant revenue management and pricing experience in a hotel/OTA or airline/GDS industry.  Team management experience is a plus.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mature, bright and confident.  Good time management and project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and high adaptability in fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, inquisitive and creative.  Ability to translate business strategies to practical action plan.
• A team player and comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
• A good university degree.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
