• Lead and manage a hotel contracting team in Beijing and report to Regional Manager.
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with local and global hotel groups.
• Manage the contracting process in line with company policies and guidelines.
• Work with Revenue Manager to understand the market and develop better negotiation tools.
• Review current contracts and renegotiate offers to ensure market competitiveness at all times.
• Achieve individual and team business targets.
• Attend trade fairs to identify new sources to enhance the portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, continuously identify and examine new destinations and markets.

• Previous hotel contracting experience in a Tour Operator or Online Travel Agent is a must.
• Existing network of key decision making contacts in hotels within the assigned territories.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, groom and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation skills and good understand of revenue management.
• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese language skills.
• Bachelor degree.
