Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a hotel contracting team in Beijing and report to Regional Manager.
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with local and global hotel groups.
- Manage the contracting process in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Work with Revenue Manager to understand the market and develop better negotiation tools.
- Review current contracts and renegotiate offers to ensure market competitiveness at all times.
- Achieve individual and team business targets.
- Attend trade fairs to identify new sources to enhance the portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis, continuously identify and examine new destinations and markets.
The Candidate
- Previous hotel contracting experience in a Tour Operator or Online Travel Agent is a must.
- Existing network of key decision making contacts in hotels within the assigned territories.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, groom and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and good understand of revenue management.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese language skills.
- Bachelor degree.
