Key Responsibilities
- Grow Share of Wallet among corporate customers and/or travel agents in the assigned markets
- Develop and drive a large and broad portfolio in all segments according to airline sales strategy
- Represent, promote and sell airline products in different contexts in local market
- Drive sales enhancement initiatives, forecast, define and create gap-closing activities
- Responsible for the strategic and commercial relationship within own portfolio at lowest cost of sales and ROI
- Establish an aggressive prospecting plan for new potential corporate customers and/or travel agents
- Secure close cooperation with local TMC & regional agents
- Strictly follow the Competition Law Compliance program
- Sales administration & follow up
The Candidate
- University degree with relevant education
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of at least 5 years with background from agent, corporate and leisure sales
- Advanced negotiation skills and presentation skills
- Empathy & drive, self discipline and ability to execute action plans
- Result oriented and cost focused with good commercial understanding
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office and relevant sales systems
- Ability to manage stressful situations and work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people from different cultures
- Team player and pronounced winning mentality with positive mindset
- Self motivated and proactive
