• This is a one-year contract position.  
• Develop and execute internal audits and testing routines in accordance with the approved audit program to ensure adequacy of corporate governance, business control and compliance.
• Demonstrate the ability to obtain, analyze, and evaluate evidence obtained during a review and express an informed and objective opinion through written audit reports on the control system’s adequacy and effectiveness as well as the efficient performance of the activities being reviewed.
• Review transactions, documents, records, reports, and methods for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Prepare working papers to record and summarize data on the assigned audit section.
• Evaluate responses to reports to determine reasonableness and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare, appraise or revise audit programs and adequacy of corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions.

• University degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualifications and 3 years of Audit experience gained from Big 4 and/or a sizable organization.
• Sound knowledge of internal audit methodologies.
• Knowledge and working experience of Sarbane Oxley Act (SOX).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible, proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skill and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
