Key Responsibilities
- Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
- Analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;
- Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
The Candidate
- Degree in hotel management or related discipline;
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a management position in luxury hotel;
- Working experience in China is a must;
- Ability to strategise based on market demand periods to maximize revenue opportunities;
- Excellent in operation and sales experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
