Sales Executive, Leisure Travel (2 new positions)

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a solid sales pipeline, organise regular lead generation campaigns through social media sites and target chat groups.
  • Produce short to medium-term direct sales plan, take ownership of executing sales activities and converting business leads to closed deals.
  • Proactively promote travel packages and demonstrate excellent destinations knowledge to customers.
  • Optimise revenue, hit sales target, identify opportunities to up-sell and generate additional revenue.
  • Produce sales and pipeline reports.
  • Conduct market research, update CRM database and attend trade events.
  • Support marketing team in producing new marketing and promotional materials.
  • Manage relationships with international tourism boards and travel trade partners.
The Candidate
  • Strong sales track record, love to travel and experience new cultures, able to interact with people from different backgrounds.
  •  2-5 years of Travel and Lifestyle industry sales experience, destinations sales or leisure travel background preferred.
  • Customer-oriented, able to develop long term relationships with customers and bring repeat business.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Diploma or above.
  • Languages: fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
