Key Responsibilities
- Build a solid sales pipeline, organise regular lead generation campaigns through social media sites and target chat groups.
- Produce short to medium-term direct sales plan, take ownership of executing sales activities and converting business leads to closed deals.
- Proactively promote travel packages and demonstrate excellent destinations knowledge to customers.
- Optimise revenue, hit sales target, identify opportunities to up-sell and generate additional revenue.
- Produce sales and pipeline reports.
- Conduct market research, update CRM database and attend trade events.
- Support marketing team in producing new marketing and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with international tourism boards and travel trade partners.
The Candidate
- Strong sales track record, love to travel and experience new cultures, able to interact with people from different backgrounds.
- 2-5 years of Travel and Lifestyle industry sales experience, destinations sales or leisure travel background preferred.
- Customer-oriented, able to develop long term relationships with customers and bring repeat business.
- Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
- Well-developed interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Education: Diploma or above.
- Languages: fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
