• Responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the Spa in accordance with the standards set by the company and the department to meet the needs and demand of in-house guests, visitors and hotel management.
• Oversee daily operations of two Spas and Fitness Centre
• Handle guest relations and complaints
• Participate in the design and development of Sales & Marketing plan and events and spa promotions, ensure implementation of Marketing strategies
• Analyse and review business operations and budgets
• Ensure all accounting procedures are followed
• Provide service and product trainings to staff members
• Handle performance management and other HR matters in the department

• Managerial experience, strong work ethic and integrity
• Degree/Diploma qualification or at least 3 years in the Health & Wellness industry holding valid Beauty or Spa certification
• Demonstrated ability to implement and follow through projects, guide and motivate employees
• Customer service focused, results oriented, creative problem solver
• Advanced business acumen and accept accountability for results
• Good communications and advanced training skills
• Understand different cultures and diversity
• Ability to read and communicate in English + Chinese, knowledge of Korean language an advantage
