• Responsible for defining and managing supply chain and decisions, while ensuring business supply requirements are satisfied.
• Ensure procurement procedures are in compliance with company policies, government laws and regulations, and management objectives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategy plan; identify potential cost savings and oversee budget.
• Reduce overall supply risk though contingency planning and understanding of supplier capabilities, disaster preparedness, and financial health.
• Track, forecast and manage changing global markets and environments.
• Drive and improve overall supplier and supply base relationships and capabilities.
• Conduct high level negotiations with vendors, award contracts and approve payments to suppliers.
• Evaluate, improve and establish SOPs and KPIs that remain consistent with best practices.
• Implement and monitor performance measurement and reporting to ensure continued compliance of suppliers.
• Ensure appropriate resource allocation and skills trainings for team members.

• Solid knowledge of supply chain and procurement best practices and experience in managing a broad range of direct/in-direct sourcing in a global sourcing environment.
• 15+ years of relevant supply chain management experience, work exposure in Asia preferred but not a must. 5-10 year’s management experience.
• Continuous improvement/LEAN/Six Sigma experience highly preferred.
• Full working knowledge procurement systems, device management and ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate procurement requirements to a wide variety of audiences at different levels and locations.
• Able to dive into details as well as take a higher strategic view of the business when necessary.
• Bachelor degree (Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Admin).
