Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Director in developing and implementing recruitment and selection strategies and standards
- Establish close working relationship with Department Heads and recruit roles at all levels within all areas of the business
- Participate in departmental manpower planning discussions, develop job descriptions and implement appropriate hiring strategies to attract the best talent into the business
- Supervise daily operations of the sourcing team to ensure successful delivery of talent against brief
- Select and manage local recruitment agnecy partners and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Manage recruitment budget and prepare monthly activity reports
The Candidate
- A proven track record of recruiting successfully at all levels
- In-house or agency recruitment experience, knowledge of hotel industry a plus
- Budget management experience, knowledge of social media recruiting and exposure to campus recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Laws and Regulations
- Highly organised, methodical and good recording keeping practice
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing a small sourcing team
