• Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the property, ensuring compliance with company, owner, statutory and fiscal requirements and timetable.
• Work with GM to provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals.
• Develop and implement best practice financial accounting and control standards and procedures, appraise regularly to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Participate in the pre-opening setup of accounting and IT systems.
• Ensure legal and tax compliance and that adequate insurance cover is maintained.
• Liaise and co-operate with both Internal and External audits and ensure that corrective action is taken where required.
• Regularly review of balance sheets, ensure reconciliations are performed correctly and accurately.
• Ensure that finance team provides accurate month end closing and management reports.
• Lead monthly finance update meetings with GM and Heads of Department.
• Support and assist Heads of Department to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations.

• Consumer retail, entertainment, food & beverage or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.  At least 12 years’ relevant experience from multinational company in China.
• Solid experiences of financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax management and internal control compliance.
• Knowledgeable in PRC laws and regulations and managing accounting system implementation and development.
• Experienced handling large volume of cash-based transactions.
• Pre-opening/store opening project management experience an advantage.
• Excellent command English and Mandarin.
