Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual digital marketing and social media strategy to increase hotel revenue and brand awareness in each of the dedicated business streams (i.e. rooms, restaurants, banquets, bridal and spa).
- Manage internal and external digital marketing and social media strategy, budget and activities.
- Work closely with Head Office Digital Marketing and e-Commerce team to analyze and update related promotions and performance channel campaigns.
- Monitor and manage content on hotel website, social media sites and other SEO utilization.
- Manage hotel presence on third party partner websites such as TripAdvisor, Ctrip etc.
- Oversee digital marketing agency and contract.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ online activities and local online trends.
- Produce monthly reports.
The Candidate
- Familiar with the entire digital ecosystem; from web, to performance channels, to social media platforms.
- University degree and min. 5 years of hands-on work experience in digital marketing and communications.
- Familiar with social media technology and trend; experience in producing analytical reports.
- Digital agency background or previous work experience in the hotel, travel or related luxury consumer industries.
- Self-starter; creative; excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bi-lingual (Chinese and English); knowledge of Japanese and French a plus.
