Key Responsibilities

Our client, an international marketing agency is seeking an experienced marketing professional to work exclusively with a global Beauty giant (in-house role).

  • Work within a multi-brand marketing team at client site to coordinate the implementation of 360 marketing services and solutions, from conceptualisation to realisation.
  • Engage brand owners at senior stakeholder level to understand the brand strategy and the objectives of marketing campaigns and processes.
  • Participate and provide input in strategy meetings, take ownership on project management and delivery and the achievement of KPIs.
  • Constantly review and improve internal processes; leverage on local resources and expertise to maximise the effectiveness of projects to meet client’s needs.
  • Adhere to agency guidelines and manage contract risks.
  • Lead and coach subordinates and take responsibility of own development.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Establish, develop and strengthen long term client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as subject expert, recommend and implement turnkey marketing solutions.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in line with business plan.
  • Manage P&L and meet business objectives.
The Candidate
  • Experience: min. 8 years’ experience in the marketing field in Beauty, FMCG or Retail industry; account servicing, client management, 360 marketing experience required; strong communications and relationship building skills; can manage change and keep a clear perspective of the end goals.
  • Education: a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Leadership: exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and control.
  • Project Management: experience managing 360 marketing & brand campaigns; manage external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on brief and on time.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity: can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the full picture.
  • People Management: direct experience managing a team while maintaining structure, results and morale in a changing environment.
  • I.T.: strong computer skills, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
