Key Responsibilities

Business Development

 
  • Perform all business development initiatives focusing on acquiring new corporate accounts
  • Prepare effective sales, presentations and proposals
  • Build relationship with client-side Mobility/HR representatives; understand and comply with the specific client policies and service requirements
  • Keep up-to-date on service offerings including and not limited to destination services, household goods coordination, home rental, intercultural services, schooling, visa/immigration services, and ongoing assignment support
Account Management
 
  • Be the first point of contact for relocating employees/VIPs, coordinating and providing assistance in all areas of relocation and international HR administration
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality service, maintain close contact with client-side Mobility/HR representatives, anticipate potential issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure account satisfaction
  • Maintain contacts database and actively seek referral business
  
The Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree; sales and account servicing experience in residential agency services, international mobility and/or corporate relocation industry
  • Knowledge of international relocation, ideally in operations or quality assurance
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality
  • Ability to plan, administer, schedule and control accounts
  • Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present information to management, small groups, and clients
  • A team player with strong decision making ability using business facts and good judgment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing requirements
  • Fluent English (Additional languages are an advantage)
