Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Surveying team to carry out valuations, provide land advisory services and supervise property projects in China.
- Collect and analyse property data, prepare valuation and research reports and conduct feasibility studies.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all work output from the team.
- Create, develop and explore new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Handle client enquires in a timely manner.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for project pitching.
- Frequent travel to China.
The Candidate
- At least 5 years post MHKIS/MRICS qualification experience.
- Degree holder in surveying, real estate or a related discipline.
- Good leadership skills and people management experience.
- Knowledge of China real estate market or previous work experience in China.
- Highly analytical and strong presentation skills.
- PC literacy.
- Language requirement: Mandarin and English
