• Lead the hotel’s sales & marketing department, develop sales goals and revenue strategies to attract new business for rooms and F&B services.
• Evaluate market and economic trends, provide customer intelligence and recommend innovative marketing ideas to grow market share.
• Prepare and manage financial budget, prepare and execute sales & marketing plan and revenue forecast reports.
• Establish and maintain close business partnerships with trade partners in travel trade, MICE, groups business and OTA segments.
• Work with Director of F&B and Executive Chef to develop seasonal and promotional menus, events and activities to drive new and incremental revenue.
• Attend social and business events to build network.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local media partners, trending KOL and celebrities to boost image and reputation.
• Recruit and train sales associates; utilize all available on-the-job training tools to groom and develop talent.
• Report to Hotel General Manager

• Min. 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years’ in a leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related disciplines.
• Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
• Demonstrated skills in supervising a sales & marketing team.
• Knowledge of social media and online marketing tools.
• Languages: English and Cantonese.
