Key Responsibilities
- Embed a revenue management culture by implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with third partner sales channel partners.
- Conduct regular review of pricing strategy to ensure that they reflect the market conditions and competitive environment.
- Maintain a demand-planning calendar for Rooms and Groups.
- Monitor Mystery calls results and recommend training or action plan to improve scores if necessary.
- Involve in planning and organizing training for the Reservations team.
- Produce revenue reports.
The Candidate
- Detail oriented and analytical; able to have meaningful conversations with all departments in the hotels on how best to achieve goals.
- Confident and capable of managing challenging situations in a diplomatic way.
- Enjoy teamwork and have excellent follow through.
- Software-savvy; able to use systems such as Opera, IDeaS RMS, and Excel etc.
- Love numbers and strong in forecasting and budgeting.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships internally with sales, reservation and operation teams.
