• Responsible for the overall management and performance of  all the spa and treatment facilities in the hotel, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service and financial performance
• Provide leadership, direction and support to the employees and develop a highly motivated team that deliver high standards of service in all areas
• Take responsibility for Health and Safety within the spa ensuring adherence to both statutory regulations and Company guideline
• Review and monitor monthly financial performance incorporating proposals and recommendations to ensure performance is as expected
• Review monthly revenue and cost budgets with Hotel Senior Management making recommendations to address differences
• Ensure collateral, point of sale and promotional material reflect the quality and integrity of hotel brand
• Deliver the defined concept through all areas of the spa operation and to ensure that all staff are highly skilled and professional in their approach

• Qualified Aesthetician/multi-skilled therapist with recognised international qualifications
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience at a five-star spa property in a leadership role
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Retail product sales background is an advantage
• Ability to maintain high service standards and delivery
• Comfortable working flexi hours
• Fluency in English communication
