Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and ensure HR policies and systems are implemented in line with corporate policies, market practices and local labour regulations.
- Work on organisational and manpower development plan to support a high growth and dynamic business. Lead the leadership development review process, provide focus on leadership talent development and succession planning.
- Responsible for recruiting calibre candidates to support the business’ staffing plan and growth agenda.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee and labour relations environment; lead or facilitate relevant industrial activity.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies based on corporate policy and market practices; analyse updated market data through C&B surveys or other valid resources to make sure the current practice is competitive.
- Lead and ensure implementation of corporate HR initiatives and projects.
- Develop and motivate HR team colleagues, foster open communication and promote high level of work ethics and confidentiality.
The Candidate
- At least 10-12 years of direct experience in Human Resource function and at least 5 years in a leadership role in a sizeable organisation (800+ staff).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
- Exposure to international management methodology and leadership style.
- Work experience as a HR Business Partner to senior leadership.
- Well verse with Hong Kong labour laws.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Work experience in the healthcare, medical or insurance industry an advantage.
