Key Responsibilities
- Design, lead and coordinate all C&B initiatives in accordance to all relevant local regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Implement C&B strategies and projects and manage annual salary and employee incentive schemes.
- Serves as a specialist advisor to HR team and business leaders to ensure C&B policies and processes meet business needs.
- Participate in administration of multiple incentive plans, including plan/payment analysis and resolution of issues.
- Identify areas of long term strategic development with the C&B environment and build business cases to support their implementation.
- Involve in regional research to keep abreast of changing C&B trends and ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Responsible for expatriate mobility.
- In charge of implementation and monitoring HRIS Systems.
- Design and develop benefit and wellness programs.
- Handle payroll administration and ensures its accuracy.
- Respond to management and employee inquiries on C&B matters.
- Participate in job evaluations, create reward strategies for the attraction, motivation and retention of talent.
The Candidate
- 10 years of work experience in a HR and/or C&B capacity in a large organisation (at least 1,000 employees in Hong Kong).
- Professional Certification in C&B is preferred.
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and other Hong Kong related legislation
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, expert Excel and PowerPoint user.
- Strong problem solving skills, with an eye for details.
- Dedicated team player demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Ability to communicate with people of varying professions.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken, written)
