Key Responsibilities
- Determine clear departmental PKIs, develop and implement social media strategies including acquisition, engagement and conversion in the core market of China.
- Manage a team of content developers responsible for generating unique content and campaigns to drive brand awareness, trial, sales and loyalty.
- Manage external agencies to ensure alignment of brand campaigns vs. corporate image and business objectives.
- Source and manage relationships with social media platform partners and agencies.
- Lead social CRM and social monitoring program, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Align social media activities with overall brand image and corporate policies and guidelines.
The Candidate
- 10 years’ relevant work experience within the fields of social media, e-commerce, digital/mobile advertising and brand marketing.
- Hands-on experience on WeChat platform, including knowledge of technical requirements and tracking mechanism.
- Familiar with gaming marketing and creative services programs.
- Bi-lingual, Chinese Mandarin and English; strong simplified Chinese writing skills.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, familiar with social measurement, tracking methods and analytics.
- Degree qualified.
