Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and managing overall key account marketing and sales management activities
- Provide direction to develop category pricing and marketing strategies
- Plan and implement agreed growth targets for volume/value with the nominated key accounts
- Groom, lead and motivate key account managers/executives to deliver the targeted results and responsibilities
- Evaluate current and market trends and products in order to maximise revenue
- Work with other team leaders to set strategic direction for the business to grow and improve brand image
- Identify future business development and expansion opportunities
- Direct profit and loss as the highest target and achieve business goals
The Candidate
- A respectable team leader who has strong analytical and negotiation skills, is flexible and able to adapt to change
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of key account management and trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry, experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
- Highly entrepreneurial and sensitive to market trends
- Experience managing global accounts and key accounts
- Good command of Chinese Cantonese and English
- Proficient PC skills
