Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross department process improvement initiatives to ensure that operation management and quality improvement programs are developed and managed using a data/process-driven approach to reduce cost and improve overall business efficiency and customer experience.
- Initiate process standardisation and streamline the intra/inter-departmental processes to stabilise daily operations.
- Identify, prioritise and design workflow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processes.
- Develop approach for investigation and communication; facilitate project discussions in a systematic and structured manner with the effective use of Lean Tools.
- Facilitate Lean improvement workshops in partnership with managers; develop and deliver presentations/education to mentor/coach key leadership and management staff.
- Schedule ongoing communications and conduct regular progress reporting on the improvement journey.
- Promote a continuous process improvement and service excellence culture across the organisation.
- Be involved in other projects as assigned.
The Candidate
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Healthcare Operations, Quality Management, Project Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Min. 10 years’ relevant experience with strong project management skills and knowledge of Lean Tools is highly preferred (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Standard Work, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills; in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organisational levels as needed.
- Able to work independently and manage a wide varieties of projects efficiently.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
