Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Liaising with Recruiters and arranging interviews and assessments
  • Updating organizational policies and procedures
  • Organizing onboarding procedures
  • Supporting employee training activities
  • Updating HRIS
  • Preparing payroll data
  • Handling employee queries
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Seeking improvement opportunities within the HR admin function
  • Reporting to HR Director
The Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or Business
  • 5 years+ experience in HR admin in a mid-sized company (30-50 staff)
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Laws and Ordinance
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines
