• Fully accountable developing and managing all marketing, communications, partners relations, events, advertising and promotions matters across Asia. 
• Forecast and allocate marketing spending, manage budget, maximise resources and monitor ROI.
• Identify and qualify strategic and tactical marketing opportunities to support growth requirements.
• Develop relationships, negotiate and communicate with external marketing/digital agencies to maximize creative output and effectiveness of financial investment. 
• Establish long-term marketing partnerships with travel agents, airlines, tourism boards, banks, associations and publications etc.
• Handle digital marketing works, manage web content and ensure alignment of brand across social media platforms and sites.
• Support and assist Asia GM to manage, co-ordinate and execute all business requirements

• Tertiary education and 3-5 years of strategic and tactical online marketing experience within the travel or tourism industry.
• Good understanding of the Asia travel and tourism sector trends, China focused preferred. 
• Leadership qualities to guide marketing activities and lead projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain business relationship.
• Highly independent, organised and good time management skills. 
• Creativity in design and ideas.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Language requirements: read/write/speak English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
