Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute long- and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives
- Contribute to leadership and cultural development and provide coaching to people leaders and key talents related to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
- Drive the leadership assessment process in the organisation, identify key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent
- Support HRBP through critical HR operating processes such as performance review, salary planning and career development program management
- Develop and drive employer branding strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent
- Create early talent development programs by partnering with universities, professional bodies and local colleges
- Develop and improve HR processes and policies
- Play a key role as part of a regional HR team including participation in global HR projects
The Candidate
- Degree from an accredited university, CIPD or equivalent HR qualification
- Comprehensive experience in different HR positions, good understanding of GC/Asia HR best practice
- Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
- Experience working in a multi-cultural business environment, fluent in English and Chinese communication
- Mature, confident, articulate, adaptable, strong interpersonal and communications skills, team worker
