Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of C&B projects and activities, including salary survey and annual benefits review; maintaining an effective and compliant remuneration policy and structure, whilst ensuring operational excellence, alignment with the needs of the business and compliance with relevant corporate governance/regulatory requirements.
- Provide and interpret market data; making recommendations on the value and structure of packages for the regional teams.
- Assist in preparing reports and analysis including headcount reports, attrition reports and other HR related reports for management information and review.
- Develop relationships within internal stakeholders, advise and make recommendations on remuneration issues in order to promote and facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practice.
- Support and assist in ad hoc projects and other human resources services as needed.
- Report to Regional Head of Total Rewards.
The Candidate
- Relevant C&B work experience in large size organisations (>500 staff) in Hong Kong.
- Experience in FMCG or retail industry preferred but not essential.
- Hands-on experience using Workday systems.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
