Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement talent development strategies and programs focused on identifying, motivating, engaging, retaining a committed and high performing workforce
  • Support performance management processes and share insights for continuous improvement and use dashboard data to prioritise training needs 
  • Partner with HRBPs to develop and implement leadership training programs, identify performance/behaviour gaps and provide solutions to improve business performance, increase retention and develop future leaders
  • Coordinate and drive performance review process and talent management/HIPO discussions in collaboration with the HRBPs
  • Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development to help the company stay at the leading edge of learning
  • Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance 
  • Manage all aspects of the training lifecycle, measuring the impact of training ensuring effectiveness and ROI 
  • Identify and manage training vendors ensuring selection of the best possible solutions for the business while managing costs
The Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of HR experience with focus on Talent Management, Leadership Development and related regional project management experience
  • Proven ability to establish strategy and to translate it into an effective, long-term action plan
  • Comfortable with a fast pace of change, while ensuring continuity of current activities
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, able to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability and willingness to influence and drive change 
  • Exposure in global MNCs and industries (non-financial)
  • Willing and able to travel as required
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
