Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating and providing critical data analyses and business intelligence reports to support regional PMO team

Design and review dashboards with data visualization tools to facilitate the business development and marketing strategy

Deliver the insight and business intelligence across the business units, make recommendations and implement improvements to current business practice

Conduct mathematical modeling and quantitative analysis to support management decision

Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics and insights

Maintain the databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity and database performance

Work with business users for the needs/ requirements of data analysis
The Candidate
- Bachelor Degree, 3-5 years' experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a corporate office or regional role
- Experience in SQL, Python, R programming and project coordination, programming language background preferred but not essential (Java/ .Net/ Python)

Experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive/prescriptive modeling such as forecasting, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Hands-on experience in SQL, database/data processing concepts, stored procedures, dashboard development and business intelligence reporting tools such as Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, IBM DataStage, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, SSRS, etc

Well organised and independent, a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese
