Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate their recruitment needs, and encourage the following of the appropriate processes to launch searches.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes and promote a positive outcome and excellent candidate experience.
- Proactively identify and reach out to candidates through all channels.
- Work on current vacancies as well as talent pipelining projects to support succession planning and other critical growth and hard-to-fill roles.
- Regular reporting on hiring progress to ensure stakeholders are aware of status of ongoing searches.
- Support campus recruitment (MT Program) by working with Universities, job boards or recruitment partners.
- Produce statistical reports to share market insights and hiring trends with internal stakeholders.
- Groom and supervise junior team members.
- Perform other HR duties/projects when required.
