• Act as the Finance Business Partner to provide financial insights and support to management for accounting information and in-depth analysis. 
• Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that all month-ended, quarterly-ended and yearly-ended closing are completed accurately and properly reflected in the Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheets.
• Review, prepare and consolidate actual and forecasting financial reports and provide critiques on actual performance against forecast and budget.
• Prepare annual budget and long-range plan based on organization goals and Corporate guidelines.
• Act as key coordinator with business teams to prepare regular management reports and ad-hoc projects to facilitate performance review.
• Plan and execute finance related system upgrades, improvements and implementation.
• Lead, coach and develop fellow associates to build the team core competence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Direct report to the Financial Controller.

• 10-15 years of commercial accounting experience, at least 3-5 years in an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager capacity.
• Experience in developing financial analytical reports, business intelligence and financial planning tools.
• Big 4 external audit background as well as accounting experience with major multinational corporation an advantage.
• Industry exposure in hotel management, real estate and property management an advantage.
• Strong accounting knowledge with deep understanding of the accounting principles.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.  ACCA or FCCA qualifications.
• Strong prioritizing, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker regarding process improvement and systematic process analysis.
• A good team player to promote collaboration in work environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
