Key Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include connection, integration, design, deployment and maintenance of the data portals and solutions that enable data reporting and analysis
- Work with Python, SQL, Power BI and function as an inventive problem solver, using curiosity to understand the data landscape
- Use Power BI and a constantly evolving Big Data platform to build value by bringing data closer to the businesses
- Collaborate across the business and IT to provide access to a broad set of data to colleagues in remote locations and from various lines of businesses
- Co-create tables and views to enable the creation of holistic Power BI dashboard
- Facilitate fact based decision-making and bringing the capabilities of the organization to the next level in the data self-service environment
- Engage with end users to better understand the needs and collaborate on concepts for new functionalities (e.g. predictive analysis)
- Work on segmentation projects to predict customer behaviour and potential markets from growth
The Candidate
- Bachelor degree in IT, Data Science, Advanced Analytics or data related field
- At least 3 year of hands-on experience working with Python, SQL and Power BI
- Experience working in an Agile setup
- Delivery oriented, eager to get things done
- Passionate about data and raising data literacy
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Bi-lingual (English-business professional level; and Chinese) preferred
- Experience in Retail/FMCG/Consumer Goods industry an advantage
- Individual contributor role
