Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of various finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including streamlining financial processes, business performance reviews, instituting new frameworks, etc.
- Ensure that there are proper structures and financial disciplines and rigor in place and that all internal finance operations and processes are of a highly effective and professional standard
- Support the Group Controller in managing the Group OPEX/CAPEX and implementation of analysis, framework and initiatives
- Support Business Performance Reviews through the engagement of various BU finance teams, including insights collation, analysis and reporting
- Lead internal controls reviews and offer recommendations
- Work with team members in the delivery of engagements and associated materials/outputs, supporting in day-to-day stakeholder management, project management and the development of high-quality deliverables
- Partner with multiple stakeholders in the organisation/region and experiment new ways of doing things
- Be involved in the testing and rollout of various technology/systems enhancements projects
