HR Operations Specialist (Generalist Role)

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment ads, coordinate interviews and active screening & recruitment of staff.
  • Payroll processing via MS Excel, Net HR and HSBC net.
  • Staff Claims processing, Update timesheet, Leave management & CPF Contribution.
  • Nation Service Pay claim.
  • Record IT asset and update IT report.
  • Personal tax form IR8A and clearance.
  • Work Pass / S Pass application & renewal.
  • Preparation of HR letters – Employment, Confirmation, Salary adjustment, Warning, Suspension, Termination, Acceptance of Resignation, Promotion, Re-designation, Bonus, Deductions, Advance, Testimonial, Internal Memo and etc.
  • Keep up-to-date personnel details – Contact, bank information.
  • Uniform including safety shoes assignment.
  • Preparation of HR reports on monthly basis and organization chart & Updating HR report in Persis every month.
  • Prepare government survey on quarterly basis.
  • Arrange HR orientation for new employee, including 8ID & email creation, computer assignment, medical checkup assignment, office keys assignment, order of name card, mobile phone assignment.
  • Insurance – Hospitalization & surgery, out-patient, workmen compensation, assignment of insurance card.
  • Liaise with regional HR manger on HR matters.
  • Report to Country General Manager.
The Candidate
  • Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant HR working experience.
  • Independent team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and establish close working relationship with all levels of employee.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements.
  • Willingness to complete the contract.
