Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and advisory services to country HR teams, employees and line managers in the territory.
- Work closely with the country HR teams and the business to identify talent development and training needs; plan and facilitate training and development workshops and other skills enhancement programs.
- Coordinate and consolidate country HR reports, perform analyses and reporting on headcount, attrition, budgets changes etc.
- Take ownership of communicating and implementing global and regional HR initiatives, liaise and coordinate with country HR teams on implementation, execution and feedback.
- Support annual performance management and talent development processes and work closely with respective stakeholders to implement effective succession planning and talent development roadmap.
- Facilitate the employee survey and support action planning within HR and with business stakeholders.
- Assist in standardising HR policies and procedures across the region and ensure that they are aligned with global guidelines and local legislations.
- Provide support and guidance to country HR on the implementation of policies and procedures standardisation.
- Work closely with the business to drive projects and change.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Report to Senior Regional HR Manager.
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field. 3-5 years’ of work experience in a regional HR role (APAC or SEA) in a large organisation/MNC.
- A self-starter who thinks creatively, works independently, responds quickly and manages deadlines in a dynamic environment with a customer service orientation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Good understanding of HR life-cycle processes and operations procedures. Experience in talent management, HiPo development, training program management, succession planning etc.
- Global/regional HR project management experience.
- SAP HR or similar HRIS knowledge, hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and be flexible and resilient.
