Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of group wide operational improvement programs especially IT enhancement projects
- Coordinate with APAC countries and work with IT on user requirements and testing
- Analytical review of monthly financial and operational reports from local companies
- Prepare, consolidate and checking of regional management reports and submission to Corporate HQ in Europe
- Coordinate budget consolidation and meeting participation
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
The Candidate
- University graduate in Accounting or Finance, Qualified Accountant with at least a decade of relevant regional work experience in a global MNC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and enhance effectiveness across the organisation
- Detail-oriented, analytical and good project management experience
- Business acumen and cultural sensitivity
- Experience in system implementation projects a must
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of group reporting system (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Occasional overseas travel is required
