Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the execution of Company's marketing strategy on WeChat Platform to drive brand advocacy and customer conversion & loyalty.
- Develop and manage relevant WeChat content to drive growth and engagement on WeChat platforms.
- Plan and implement WeChat outreach campaigns to drive awareness.
- Develop Marketing campaigns and content to drive business in relation with other business units.
- Manage relationships with partners and agencies on campaigns.
- Analyse and review social media performance.
- Monitor social media trends and key competitors’ activities.
- Manage and monitor efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
The Candidate
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business or related disciplines.
- 8+ years relevant experiences in social media specially on WeChat platform, ecommerce, digital marketing.
- Sensibility to quality marketing and highly in-tune with the digital works.
- Proficient in the use of analytics to measure and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns.
- General understanding of marketing and online sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organised, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Good command of written & oral presentation in Chinese and English.
