• Internal business owner and custodian of the Content Management System (CMS), working as a subject matter expert on web content development and maintenance; and also support the planning and implementation of other digital content.
• Drive selection and implementation of tools that support the digital presence and marketing of key digital properties.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and standards related to content management and associated tools.
• Act as SEO lead and drive optimization of content according to SEO principles.
• Conduct website analytics and debug tracking for monitoring website’s efficiency and enhancements. 
• Work with hotels and corporate stakeholders to ensure content updates to the websites are planned, developed and rolled out in a timely and streamlined manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan and deliver brand promotions, campaigns and offers to deliver improved brand awareness and revenue.
• Ensure smooth operation across websites, booking engines and mobile channels.
• Support all other e-commerce related projects and provide administrative support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce or related subjects.
• Min. 5 years’ work experience in e-Commerce or digital marketing, regional work exposure a plus.
• Experience in website, booking engine and/or system rollout in an international environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in content management strategy and systems, common web programming languages and other web publishing tools will be a definite asset.
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, detailed oriented and demonstrate a can do spirit.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communications, along with strong abilities with all MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A committed team player, responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality.
• Language requirement: fluent in English and Chinese.
