Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Country General Manager and Executive team to provide full spectrum of HR planning and services 
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to the business 
  • Engage line managers to understand their manpower requirements, lead recruitment projects and formulate performance management guidelines to develop and retain talent
  • Design employee engagement programs, review compensation and benefits structure to drive retention and loyalty
  • Work with line manager to identify employee training needs, source and appoint training partners
  • Handle HR administrative duties
The Candidate
  • 8-10 years HR experience in a Generalist capacity
  • University graduate in HR Management discipline or related
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, legislation and related regulations
  • Work experience in a start-up style work environment and reporting to expat management team
  • Highly organised, strong planning and implementation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Multi-tasking skills and able to work under tight deadline
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Cantonese
