Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Country General Manager and Executive team to provide full spectrum of HR planning and services
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to the business
- Engage line managers to understand their manpower requirements, lead recruitment projects and formulate performance management guidelines to develop and retain talent
- Design employee engagement programs, review compensation and benefits structure to drive retention and loyalty
- Work with line manager to identify employee training needs, source and appoint training partners
- Handle HR administrative duties
The Candidate
- 8-10 years HR experience in a Generalist capacity
- University graduate in HR Management discipline or related
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, legislation and related regulations
- Work experience in a start-up style work environment and reporting to expat management team
- Highly organised, strong planning and implementation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Multi-tasking skills and able to work under tight deadline
- Good command of spoken/written English and Cantonese
