Key Responsibilities
- Build an impactful employee communications and engagement strategy and plan that effectively communicates high-priority including COVID-related initiatives, Diversity Equity & Inclusion efforts, Workplace & Wellness programs, Benefits &Talent Development updates.
- Lead the development and execution of narratives, draft written communications, multi-channel engagement programs and change management communications.
- Provide strategic counsel to drive employee engagement and change management in a complex, tech-driven and fast-paced organization.
- Serve as an extension and back-up for the Director of Employee Communications and executive communications support for the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Develop and implement employee engagement campaigns. Stay current on leading trends to deliver practical and insightful communication recommendations and thought leadership.
- Build measurability into programs and gather insights to continuously improve.
- Improve operational rigor by establishing consistent processes and best practices.
The Candidate
- 6+ years related working experience in internal communications, crisis communications, employee engagement across multiple markets in Asia.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- A storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives across media and channels.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and other elements of the Microsoft Office Suite; you can build your own presentations without heavy reliance on internal or external design support.
- Great people skills: diplomacy, integrity and presence that enables you to build strong relationships and work effectively up, down and across organizations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt easily to change.
- Languages: primarily English communications; fluency in other Asian languages a plus.
