• 6–8 years of Asia Pacific coverage preferably within a Global company and a matrix organization.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or Journalism.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.  Experience and knowledge in English and Chinese (Mandarin) copywriting, proofreading and editing.  Outstanding time-management skills.
• Leadership skills and pro-active approach in leading the functions in the Country organizations.
• Hand-on mentality with high productivity in managing the Country Organizations creating relevant materials.
• A keen eye on communication opportunities to strengthen the the company's position.
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with external stakeholders like the Media and internal stakeholders like peer functions in Country Organizations and their Managing Directors.
• Team-oriented, able to work in a collaborative environment and people from various backgrounds and levels.
• Mature, pro-active, dynamic and self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
