Key Responsibilities
- Establish close working relationship with internal clients (hiring managers) and participate in departmental manpower planning discussions, develop and implement recruitment strategy to attract the best talent into the business.
- Develop and implement sourcing and selection standards, processes and tools in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Keep track on recruitment KPI to meet the expectation of internal clients and performance pledge.
- Select and manage local recruitment partners and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Manage recruitment budget and prepare management reports.
- Take charge of on-boarding processes for new employees.
- Support HR Director in enhancing staff relations and communication channels through face-to-face dialogue and counselling sessions.
- Represent the company in industrial/employees relation matters when required.
- Plan and implement HR initiatives and major projects when required.
- Coach HR employees and promote knowledge sharing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
The Candidate
- University degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related disciplines.
- In-house HR and regional (Asia) recruitment experience ideally gained from multinational organizations, track record of recruiting successfully at all levels.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of medical consumables/medical device manufacturing, biotech research, generic pharmaceuticals manufacturing and distribution etc. preferred.
- Familiar with a variety of recruitment tools, good budget management and strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, methodical and good recording keeping practice.
- Customer-centric.
- Bi-lingual: English and Chinese.
Work Location
Hong Kong (frequent travel to Shenzhen will be required once lockdown eases)
