Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of all catering and banquet services in the premises.
- Maintain excellent level of service quality and delivery, food & beverage presentation and quality, cleanliness and safety of venue (front and back of house) and staff.
- Maintain continuous communications with kitchen operations and other service departments pre, during and post events.
- Communicate with event organisers and customers to obtain service feedback, introduce and implement service improvements regularly to uplift service standards.
- Proper and tactful handling of complaints from customers. Ensure that rectification and compensation are just and prevent future occurrence of similar incidents.
The Candidate
- 5-7 years of hospitality, food & beverage, catering & banquet operations experience.
- Service oriented, eyes for detail and in-depth understanding of catering and banquet services and operations.
- Strong communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Professional appearance, background in hotels, private clubs, MICE services a plus.
- PC literate.
- Languages: Cantonese and English.
