• F&B operations in-charge for 5-6 outlets (independent restaurants and cafè) in Hong Kong.
• Maintain high visibility during service hours to ensure smooth running of operations, uphold service standards, staff performance, take corrective actions and handle customer queries and complaints.
• Chair service briefings, recruit and train F&B service staff, cultivate a ‘can do’ attitude and communicate a customer-first culture throughout the establishment.
• Review staff rosters and holiday plans in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
• Manage expenses and ensure profitability according to financial goals set by management.
• Participate and support new restaurant planning, liaise with contractors and monitor renovation processes.
• Maintain good working relationship with Head Chefs and ensure high quality of food taste and presentation.
• Report to Group F&B General Manager.

• Multi-outlet F&B operations and staff management experience is necessary.
• A natural leader with the confidence and energy to carry out this pivotal role.
• Customer service-oriented, high regard for self and employees’ physical appearance and posture, restaurant environments and overall customer dining experience.
• At least 12 years of F&B operations experience, knowledgeable in Japanese and Chinese cuisine is beneficial, experience in fast-service cafè advantageous.
• New restaurant opening experience.
• Good industry reputation and references.
• Professional qualifications in Hotel or Restaurant Management from recognised hospitality institutions.
• Holder of valid food hygiene course certificates.
• Good business acumen and understanding of P&L.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
