Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the assigned market segments and adopt consultative sales approach to promote all lines of products and services to maximise business opportunities 
  • Responsible for achieving individual sale targets and related KPIs as well as annual budgeted sales margin 
  • Formulate sales strategies and action plans to develop new business opportunities, generate revenue growth and achieve gross profit targets 
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as proactively identify new buying signals 
  • Cultivate local relationship with global accounts, provide support and identify needs 
  • Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available 
  • Implement and coordinate market promotional activities 
  • Develop and execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of existing clients
  • Effectively manage existing accounts to ensure 100% contract renewal is achieved
The Candidate
  • At least 3 years of proven B2B solution sales and business development experience to multinational corporations/global accounts.  Services such as, corporate travel, business support services, insurance, healthcare and wellness programs, business contingency risk management consulting etc.
  • University graduate with strong English language communications skills, as well as spoken Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing
  • Presentable, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, nationalities, and personalities
  • A self-motivated and skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and able to foster relationships with a wide range of local and expatriate clients
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Well-versed in MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
