Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the assigned market sectors and focus on achieving individual sale targets/margins and related KPIs
- Strategically and tactically drive business development by adopting consultative sales approach to promote all lines of products and services
- Formulate sales strategies and action plans to develop new business opportunities
- Draft and review commercial proposals for consulting opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, proactively identify new buying signals
- Cultivate local relationships with global accounts, provide support and identify needs
- Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available
- Implement and coordinate market promotional activities
The Candidate
- 5+ years of B2B solution sales and business development experience. B2B services such as, corporate travel, business support services, employee health & wellness programs, business contingency risk management consulting etc.
- University graduate with strong English language communications skills, as well as spoken Mandarin and Cantonese
- Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing
- Professional presentation, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels
- A self-motivated and skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, manage long sales cycle and foster relationships with clients
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results
