• Support the Head of I.T. and System Manager in daily system management and administrative tasks
• Perform hands-on system administration, testing, troubleshooting, configuration, deployment, maintenance, solution implementation and disaster discovery of Infrastructure including the data network, routers/switches, firewalls, application servers and storages
• Collect user requirements, develop and maintain system or implement package software
• Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders and ensure the smooth implementation systems and services
• Monitor and fine tune network infrastructure for optimal security and performance
• Identify project risk and perform risk mitigation and management 
• Support cloud infrastructure environment in accordance with the company’s cloud strategy, policies, best practices and capabilities
• Follow up on outstanding incidents and ensure timely resolution
• Review support log/issue log and provide improvement plan in servers, network, and security configuration
• Produce quality operational manual for operations and support team to support the daily backup operations
• Lead, coach and manage System Analysts, Programmers and Technicians
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant back-end experiences in supporting a mission critical enterprise infrastructure, and demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting and documentations
• Hands on experience on IT helpdesk support operations and infrastructure management including LAN/WAN, Cloud Infrastructure, MS Windows, Linux (CentOS), PC/Server and VM environment
• Networking like HP Procure Switches, Cisco Firewall/Router, Checkpoint Firewall, VPN and IPS etc.
• Knowledge of IT security operation including vulnerability scanning, virus remediation, monitoring and event correlation
• Proactive characters and possess good problem-solving skills
• Good time management and able to work independently
• Vendor and project management experience
• People management and supervisory skills
